Dosage/How to Use:
First, remove the pad from its package. As you unfold it, remove the protective covering to expose the sticky strips. Secure the pad by placing the strips against your panty. Make sure the pad is centered right in the middle. Put on your panty to check if the pad is off-center. If it is reposition it by carefully removing it and moving it to the desired position.

Other Information:
The general rule of thumb is to change your pad every three to four hours. However, this will vary slightly depending on how heavy your period is. You should change your pad when you feel that it is wet and heavy with liquid. For proper hygiene, you should change your pad regularly, instead of waiting until it is full and heavy.
