Dosage/How to Use

• First, remove the pad from its package. As you unfold it, remove the protective covering to expose the sticky strips. Secure the pad by placing the strips against your panty. Make sure the pad is centered right in the middle. Put on your panty to check if the pad is off-center. If it is, reposition it by carefully removing it and moving it to the desired position.
