Directions For Use:
1. Chew the gum slowly until the taste becomes strong.
2. Rest the gum between your gum and cheek.
3. Start chewing again when taste has faded.
4. Keep repeating steps 2 and 3 for about 30 minutes.
5. Once the chewing gum has lost its strength (usually after 30 minutes), dispose of it carefully.
