Perskindol Cool gel can be used as cold therapy massage by applying to injured area using slow circular strokes. It helps to relax muscles, reduce muscle pains and decrease swelling after mild sprains, muscle strains and bruises.

Gently massage in a thin layer onto affected area several times a day. If used in conjunction with a compress, use only air-permeable material.
